Return & Refund Policy
We offer a 30-day return window. This means you have 30 days from the date you receive your order to request a return. To qualify, the item must be in the same condition as when it arrived—unused, unworn, with all tags attached, and in its original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is also required.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
We ask that you check your order as soon as it arrives. If you find that your item is defective, damaged, or not the correct product, please notify us right away so we can assess the situation and resolve it promptly.
Non-Returnable Items
Some items are not eligible for return. These include:
Perishable items (such as food, flowers, or plants)
Custom-made or personalized products
Personal care goods, including beauty items
Hazardous substances, flammable liquids, or gases

Additionally, sale items and gift cards cannot be returned.
Exchanges
If you wish to exchange a product, the quickest solution is to submit a return for the item you have. After your return is approved, you may place a new order for the replacement item.
All returned items must be unused, unworn, in their original packaging, and include proof of purchase.
Refunds
After we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you regarding the status of your refund. If the refund is approved, it will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please keep in mind that your bank or card provider may require additional time to process and post the refund.
