Order Processing Time

Orders are typically prepared and dispatched within 1–3 business days. We do not process or ship orders on weekends or public holidays. During periods of unusually high demand, processing times may be extended slightly. Please allow extra transit time for delivery if delays occur. Should we anticipate a substantial delay with your order, we will notify you by email or phone.

Domestic Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates

Shipping fees are automatically calculated and shown during checkout. We currently provide the following option:

Standard Insured Shipping: Estimated arrival within 6–12 business days

International Shipping

Shipping rates for international orders will also appear at checkout. Please be aware that international packages may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or additional import fees, which must be paid by the recipient upon arrival.

Shipping Confirmation & Tracking Information

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email containing your tracking number(s). Tracking details generally become active within 2–3 days of shipment.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

ProSmartDeals is not responsible for any customs charges, duties, or taxes applied to your shipment. Any fees incurred during or after delivery—such as import duties or local taxes—are the customer’s responsibility.

Damaged Shipments

We cannot be held liable for items damaged or lost while in transit. If your package arrives damaged, please contact the carrier directly to file a claim. Be sure to keep all packaging materials and damaged items until the claim process is complete.

Shipping to P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO Addresses

We ship to U.S. addresses, U.S. territories, and APO/FPO/DPO locations. Please note that shipments to these addresses may require additional transit time.

Lost or Stolen Packages

If a package is marked as delivered but cannot be located, ProSmartDeals is not responsible for the loss. Upon request, we will provide delivery confirmation details—including the delivery address, date, tracking updates, and carrier information—so you can follow up with the carrier.
